Great Start Collaborative Governance Committee Description
The governance committee is responsible for ongoing review and recommendations to enhance the quality of the board of directors. The work of the committee will include but limited to the following:
Objectives |
- Review GSC current board and committee structure and make strategic recommendations to the board to ensure a stable future.
- Review operational guidelines and policies and make necessary recommendations to the board.
- Recruit new members according to ECIC contract.
- Provide on-going board training and development.
- Maintains meeting minutes.
- Enforces board member job descriptions.
